About the Position
The company is seeking a highly skilled Superintendent – Infrastructure to oversee the daily field operations of major utility and civil construction projects. The Superintendent will lead construction crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with specifications, codes, and quality standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader with deep field experience in water, sewer, storm drain, pipeline, and treatment plant construction. The Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and field personnel to successfully deliver complex infrastructure projects from mobilization through final completion.

* High school diploma or GED required.* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus.* Minimum 10 years of construction supervision experience, with a strong background in infrastructure projects (sewer, water, storm drainage, pipelines, treatment plants).* Proven ability to lead and coordinate field teams.* Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.Benefits
