We have partnered with a large Veterinary company who are consistently growing their portfolio of practices and are looking for a Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of 100+ veterinary hospitals in the Western US
• Develop teams through coaching and mentorship
• Drive business growth by hiring, supporting, and retaining DVMs
• Set and exceed financial goals; manage P&L.
• Manage capital budgets for a $100M+ portfolio.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, including acquisitions and new services.

Required Criteria:

• 10+ years of multi-site experience in fast-growth sectors
• Proven experience with budgeting, staffing, and ROI analysis
• Willing to travel 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
