Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

Focus on retaining our in‑home care professionals through tailored matching with clients, consistent outreach to build strong relationships, and regular collection of feedback to increase and maintain high job satisfaction. Recruit, hire, and onboard new care professionals.

Essential Functions

  • Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
  • Develop strong relationships with care professionals
  • Effectively schedule care professionals with Arosa clients, while maximizing desired hours, in an effort to be the care professional's primary employer
  • Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all Arosa clients and care professionals
  • Boost employee retention with company‑wide strategic initiatives
  • Recruit, screen, interview and onboard new teammates
  • Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted community outreach and recruitment events
  • Assure the caregiving team successfully completes initial and annual training requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Positive attitude with a team‑player mindset
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PC literacy
