Work Environment:
You will work primarily independently after training, becoming part of a close-knit team of 7-8 individuals. The work environment is supportive and encouraging, with occasional opportunities for overtime, typically on Saturdays but not mandatory. Shifts include 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. Eligibility for up to 7.5% annual bonus. Medical, dental, vision PAID by Arthrex, dependents up to 50% paid by company. Privately Owned Company. Lots of room for growth. Free lunch for employees on site Monday - Thurs. Commute stipend up to 100 miles.
