Inventory Control Clerk

Join our team as an Inventory Control Clerk, where you will play a vital role in our medical device manufacturing process. You will utilize the SAP system to efficiently manage orders, picking and packing materials, and ensuring their smooth transition to the manufacturing line and shipping departments.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP system to manage and process orders.
• Pick and pack materials for medical device manufacturing.
• Transport materials to the manufacturing line and shipping departments.
• Operate stand-up reach lifts and swing reach lifts, with future operation of an electric sit-down forklift.
• Assist with receiving, loading products, and maintaining cleanliness during slower periods.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with document control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and manage shipping and receiving processes.
• Capability to pick and pack efficiently.
• Experience in filing and printing labels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with the institution name listed on the resume.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required; must be willing to obtain certification.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Work Environment:

You will work primarily independently after training, becoming part of a close-knit team of 7-8 individuals. The work environment is supportive and encouraging, with occasional opportunities for overtime, typically on Saturdays but not mandatory. Shifts include 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. Eligibility for up to 7.5% annual bonus. Medical, dental, vision PAID by Arthrex, dependents up to 50% paid by company. Privately Owned Company. Lots of room for growth. Free lunch for employees on site Monday - Thurs. Commute stipend up to 100 miles.
