Line Cook

The Line Cook prepares, cooks, and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Complying with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
• Cooking, sauting, broiling, and plating all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications.
• Exhibiting a professional demeanor while working with passion and integrity.
• Assisting teammates as needed and following the directives of the management team.
• Adhering to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized workstation.

Qualifications include:

• 1-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to follow verbal directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
