Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during the check-in and check-out process.
• Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys effectively.
• Process various payment types, including room charges and personal checks.
• Respond to guest inquiries, messages, and requests with attentiveness and care.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness for incoming guests.
• Provide guests with accurate directions and information about our property and nearby attractions.
• Run daily reports to track arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Complete cashier duties, ensuring accurate reporting and balancing of transactions.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Commit to maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Engage with guests and colleagues to foster positive relationships and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience in a related role is required, making this a great opportunity to start a career in hospitality!
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
