About the Role

BrightStar Care is hiring skilled and compassionate LVNs to deliver home health care to patients across Santa Barbara County. This is a Per Diem position offering flexible hours and meaningful hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities for Home Health LVNs:

• Perform tracheostomy care and manage lary tube needs
• Provide enteral feeding (G-tube, NG-tube) support
• Administer medication and manage ongoing med routines
• Deliver wound care with attention to healing and infection control
• Monitor changes in patient conditions and document thoroughly
• Follow individualized Plans of Care and communicate effectively with families

What We're Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Experience in trach care, lary tube support, feeding tubes, medication management, and wound care
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Understanding of HIPAA and home health compliance standards
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
• Clear background check
