Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation of Current Printer Workflows:

o Conduct thorough assessments of existing printer workflows within the healthcare facility.

o Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to map out current printer processes and usage.

o Create detailed documentation outlining the existing workflows, including printer locations, configurations, and usage patterns.
• VDI Deployment Support: ( Phase 3 )

o Assist in the deployment of VDI, focusing on the integration and optimization of printer workflows.

o Ensure that printer configurations are seamlessly integrated into the VDI environment to support clinical operations.
• Training and Education:

o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinicians, physicians, doctors and support staff on the new printer workflows post-VDI deployment.

o Create user-friendly guides, training materials, and quick-reference sheets to facilitate smooth transitions.

o Conduct hands-on training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure all staff members are comfortable with the new workflows.
• Stakeholder Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all printer workflow-related issues during the VDI deployment.

o Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and any changes to the implementation plan.

o Work closely with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transition.
• Quality Assurance:

o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new printer workflows post-deployment.

o Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

o Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the deployment process.
