Provider Support Specialist (Mobile)

Los Angeles Area

4 days in the field and 1 day remote.

We are seeking a full-time Provider Support Specialist who lives in the Los Angeles area to work in tandem with a provider to visit patients at various locations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, confident, and tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing details that keep clinical operations running smoothly.

Compensation: $25 – $35 / Hour

Benefits: 3 weeks paid time off (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays), 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision. A company car or car allowance with all expenses covered by the Employer.

Responsibilities:

• Support the provider during patient visits by documenting notes, updating records, and ensuring accurate information is captured in the EMR.
• Review and prepare electronic medical records prior to patient visits to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate daily schedules, patient logistics, and communication between the provider and office staff.
• Maintain accurate tracking of treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient communications.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks to optimize clinical efficiency.
• Ensure all information is organized, complete, and properly maintained within the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to anticipate provider needs and prioritize effectively.
• Confident communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (Required).
• 2+ years of experience in a medical, clinical support, or administrative healthcare role (Preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Added Plus).
• Bilingual (Strongly Preferred).
