AM Oyster Bartender - After lunch restock station. AM & PM shift set up the Oyster display. Set up station with cleaning supplies and necessary condiments. Check charbroiled pans & shuck oysters as needed for service. Focus on customer service. Make sure all surfaces are clean including sink and drains. Clean plates are restocked & ready for day & night shift. Identify food levels for evening service. Meet with closer to address needs for the evening & the needs for opening the next day. Clean restaurant. Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster. Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables. Restock ice. Sweep floors. Mop floors. Perform other restaurant duties as assigned. Interact with guests professionally. Light cleaning. Restroom checks. Make fresh mignonette and oyster shooter sauce daily.
