Seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist in Santa Barbara. This is an on-site role supporting high-volume payroll operations within a leading healthcare organization.

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

📍 Location: Santa Barbara, CA

🕒 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: Nov 3, 2025 – End: Feb 2, 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process high-volume, multi-state payroll in Oracle Cloud and UKG

✅ Manage termination disputes and retro pay adjustments

✅ Conduct quarterly and annual tax reviews

✅ Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues

Qualifications:

🎓 Associate's Degree required (Accounting coursework preferred)

💼 2+ years of payroll processing experience (4+ preferred)

🏥 Healthcare or hospital payroll experience a plus

💻 Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
