About the Role
Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Senior Loan Documentation Coordinator to join the team in our Bank Operations. As a Senior Loan Documentation Coordinator, you will deliver a World Class Experience to clients and associates by being responsible for all tasks related to documentation of consumer, small business, and commercial loans. The Senior Loan Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing documentation requests and preparing loan documentation. They will also provide operational support as required. The Senior Loan Documentation Coordinator corresponds routinely with the Lending Services Manager on needs related to department enhancements, procedural updates, and communication of same to the department. The incumbent must provide a World Class Experience to internal and external customers including lenders, other bank service providers, vendors, and the Bank's customers. You will be located in Goleta, CA with a fully on-site work schedule.
