As Front Desk Agent, you will work with our team to assist our guests and facilitate an amazing visit.

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will report to our Front Desk Supervisor. You will work together to…

1. Greet and thank guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
2. Check guests in on arrival and out on departure.
3. Post charges to appropriate guest accounts.
4. Anticipate and address guests' needs, and resolve their problems and complaints.
5. Assist guests with disabilities.
6. Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
7. Assist prospective guests with taking reservations.
8. Collaborate and communicate with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
9. Comply with company procedures and safety policies.
10. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience

1. Prior administrative experience a plus
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Excellent telephone skills
4. Good problem-solving skills
5. Professional appearance
6. Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
7. Hotel front desk experience, a plus
