Position Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to manage projects and work closely with the partners from concept through construction, who is self-motivated, a critical thinker, proactive, a strong team player, has great design skills and strong work ethic, and will be part of our team for years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Principals to ensure design intent is carried through all phases
  • Participate in client meetings and client interactions
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of construction documents and permit submittals
  • Assign and oversee project tasks to team members
  • Manage consultant coordination, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers
  • Detailing, product selection, specifications, sustainability, and code research
  • Construction administration and site visits
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in an architectural firm and high-end residential projects
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Excellent design, technical, and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in CAD + BIM; ArchiCAD and Twinmotion experience a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
