Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.
Active Secret Clearance Required.
• What are the main functions of this role? Create quality planning to administer customer and internal quality requirements to client program teams and supply base including First Article Inspection (FAI) planning. Ensure Quality Engineering engagement in program development, design, test requirements and verification. Onsite support for hardware review and non-conforming material disposition, supporting classified programs
• Required Skill Sets: Quality Engineering or Operations experience with working knowledge of engineering development, material acquisition, production, test, & product acceptance.
• Desired Skill Sets: Infrared industry, semiconductor processing or DoD industry experience preferably working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
• Years of Experience Required (if any): Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Education Level Required: BS STEM degree.
• How will the contractor's success be measured?: Completion of discrete tasks such as FAI planning and execution along with matrix feedback from Integrated Product Team with respect to the effective implementation and flowdown of Quality requirements. Factory support for process reviews, customer source inspection, and non-conforming material disposition.
