A large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Senior Superintendent to join our team!

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years recent construction experience as a Senior Superintendent
• Must have experience with K-12 Schools or Community College
• Must have strong management, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily reporting
• Subcontractor oversight, manage field documentation
• Scheduling
• Safety compliance
• Quality Control
• General project oversight
