Candidates should possess demonstrated experience in implementing programs/initiatives and knowledge of “best practices”; a track record of effective collaboration with faculty, staff and students; excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities as well as strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have prior experience working with New Student Orientation programs. Individual must be detail-oriented and have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
