Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifestyle Director located in Goleta, CA. The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing diverse activities and programs to enrich the daily lives of residents. Responsibilities include organizing social, recreational, and educational events, managing budgets for lifestyle programs, communicating with residents and their families, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Lifestyle Director will collaborate with other team members to promote a vibrant community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and program coordination
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Compassion and understanding when working with senior populations
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Social Work, or related field
