The Personnel Scheduler creates and manages schedules for CNAs and Nurses per patient day staffing requirements, allowing Valle Verde to provide the highest levels of care to our residents. Responsibilities include creating and managing the master staffing schedule utilizing UKG Staffing platform. The Personnel Scheduler will respond to schedule changes by ensuring all shifts are covered and any rescheduling has been filled. Will apprise inter-disciplinary team, managers and Care Partners of scheduling changes or conflicts to ensure the smooth operation on all shifts each day. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
