Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor.
  • Operate and manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring efficient handling of inbound calls.
  • Provide concierge-level services to address client needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules to support team operations.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide general office support.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
  • Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
