About The Role:
Balance Financial Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and supporting the overall hiring process. You will play an integral role in helping us identify and attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is ideal for someone seeking flexible, remote work in a people-centered organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job postings across job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions using approved tools and strategies.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support background check and reference check processes.
- Communicate with hiring managers to track the status of open roles.
- Help promote employer brand initiatives and referral programs.
- Contribute to improving the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working in a remote, flexible environment.
