The Senior Staff Engineer will lead product engineering and continuous improvement efforts, guiding new product designs for high-performance liquid cooling systems. Responsibilities include developing 3 D models, drawing packages, and BOM releases for complex mechanical parts and assemblies using Solid. Works. The role requires rigorous application of design, drafting, and manufacturing techniques. The Senior Staff Engineer will also implement engineering changes and process improvements.
