As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Library Director is responsible for shaping policy and the future of library services, managing budgets, guiding personnel decisions, and fostering strong partnerships with library supporters and community contributors. The Director leads a dynamic team and oversees the full spectrum of library services including Reference Services, Support Services, Youth Services, branch services, and administrative services.
