Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of Staff and Senior Accountants.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, audit requests, and reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Assist with external and internal audits, including preparation of schedules and documentation.
• Review and ensure compliance with sales and use tax reporting requirements.
  
  

• 3+ years of accounting management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Apply advanced Excel skills, including functions beyond VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce systems effectively for accounting operations.
• Maintain a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence four days per week.
  
  

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification or progress toward it is preferred.
• Bring experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or IoT industries with knowledge of ASC 606 and inventory accounting.
• Display strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all financial processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to research accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memos.
• Collaborate with international teams and support accounting system integrations and consolidations.
