He/ She will maintain a pleasant and courteous environment to customers and team members according to United Pacific goals, policies, and procedures. Employees in this classification receive direct supervision within a framework of well-defined United Pacific company policies and procedures. All MI - Ts receive on-the-job training from the Store Manager and/or District Manager before transitioning into a Store Manager role. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
