Shift Pattern: Open availability required; shifts start as early as 6:30 am and as late as 8:00 pm.

Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour

Preferred Attributes:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Open availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and dispatch services promptly and courteously
• Maintain work order and property management systems, log requests, dispatch tasks, and generate reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and property teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests
• Respond to emergency calls and monitor alarm systems
• Manage office traffic and perform general office duties such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and guest feedback tracking
