aerospace client is looking for a
Front Desk Lobby Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and processing visitors, answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to site management.
Location: Goleta, CA 93117 (On-site)
Position: Front Desk Lobby Receptionist
Pay Rate: $23/hr - $29.05/hr. on W2 (DOE)
Duration: 3 months or longer
Schedule: 1st Shift (9/80A)
Responsibilities: - You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in creating a positive first impression.
- Greeting visitors, verifying identification, processing them in the company visitor system and issuing a visitor badge.
- Answering and managing phone calls, paging employees, taking messages, and transferring calls.
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Handling correspondence and managing office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining a clean and organized main lobby and reception area.
- Issuing, collecting, inventorying, and cleaning visitor badges.
- Assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - U.S. Citizenship required.
- HS Diploma/GED
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Preferred Qualifications - Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
