Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
3. Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing all company assets, including cash.
5. Adhering to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
6. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, subordinates, and supervisors.
7. Maintaining store standards, including recovery and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor.
8. Assuming direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
9. Processing all corporate directives related to store activities.
10. Managing receipt and return of merchandise, including damaged goods.
11. Assisting with staffing, merchandising, and managing store supplies and expenses.
12. Ensuring the sales floor is sales-effective and managing cashiering activities.
13. Maintaining promotional displays and signage.
14. Participating in the creation of weekly schedules.
15. Refilling coolers and store displays daily.

Minimum qualifications include:

1. Prior retail and management experience preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
