HJ Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated QNXT Program Manager to lead the full implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the end-to-end project execution, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment. Candidates with a strong background in California D-SNP (Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans) and payer operations are highly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3, managing the project lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support.
• Align cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver on project goals and timelines.
• Monitor scope, manage change requests, and address risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure QNXT configuration and integration support business and compliance needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates.
• Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business units and IT teams.

What you will Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on QNXT experience, including configuration and implementation projects (preferably with version 6.0 R3).
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer operations-claims, provider data, enrollment, and encounter data.
• Direct experience supporting California D-SNP programs.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale healthcare IT projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP or similar certification (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
