We are an LA based multifamily and mixed-use real estate developer focused on high quality suburban real estate in SoCal and the surrounding Western States. Our achievements are built upon expertise and experience as well as strong knowledge of the markets in which we develop. Our focus is Podium, Wrap, Garden-style and Mixed-use projects around Hollywood, San Fernando Valley and Downtown LA area. We have ventured into building out our presence in Santa Barbara now and need a Director of Construction to lead the territory. Open to candidates willing to relocate, have to live in Santa Barbara for the role!

The first Project is 160 Acre Master Plan Community and the first phase of six phases consists of 300+ Units, 3 Story slab on grade Garden-Style Apartments

What you will do:

• Manage the construction projects in Santa Barbara Territory
• In charge of all Project Engineers, Project Managers & Superintendents
• Staffing, Scheduling, training & development
• Multi-family new construction projects
• Managing projects from start to completion on time and within budget

• 10+ years of construction management experience
• BS in Construction Management or related field
• Multi-family experience
