Crafco, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager for the states of Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

The role involves frequent travel within the territory, visiting customers and developing new business related to highway and bridge pavement preservation materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Outside sales experience; government contract and bid experience are a plus.
2. At least two years of experience in pavement or bridge maintenance industry or related fields such as construction, asphalt, concrete, or chemicals.
3. Experience selling equipment or familiarity with construction equipment sales is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Effective presentation skills for both large groups and individuals.
7. Customer-oriented attitude and support skills.
8. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
9. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience.
