Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Executive Director in increasing occupancy, meeting budgeted occupancy and revenue goals, and maintaining a waiting list for available apartments.
  2. Stay informed about operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to inquiries.
  3. Achieve community sales targets and move-in goals as set by leadership, including annual census and per diem targets.
  4. Develop and refine marketing plans quarterly for review by the Regional Director of Sales/Marketing.
  5. Provide solutions that meet prospective residents' needs, overcoming objections and demonstrating benefits to facilitate a mutually beneficial agreement.
  6. Collaborate with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents from sale to move-in.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  2. High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or as per state requirements.
