Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

About the role:

A Real Estate investment firm is looking to add a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations to help drive capital raising, investor communications, and marketing efforts to their rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital raising efforts across current and upcoming real estate offerings, focused on the retail investor segment.
• Activate and grow a robust network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and registered investment advisors (RIAs).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for individual and boutique institutional investors, guiding them through investment strategy, performance, and reporting.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and private events.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor investor materials for the retail channel.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of developing new business and managing client relationships in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, loan products, and financial structures.
• Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in capital raising, private placements, or investor relations, with a focus on retail capital.
• Proven ability to raise funds from HNW individuals, family offices, RIAs, and broker-dealer networks.
• Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and a client-first mentality.
• Los Angeles-based (or willing to relocate).
