The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) is seeking a SAVE Program Manager to join its team in Santa Barbara.
The Program Manager oversees and facilitates the overall functioning and service delivery of the SAVE Employee Assistance Program. Responsibilities include ensuring that employers and their employees receive the services offered through contractual agreement to include free counseling, assessment, referral, financial consultation, management coaching, trainings, critical incident stress debriefings, and legal guidance.

This is a full-time non-exempt position, 30 hours per week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement contribution, and paid time off. Compensation is dependent on the level of prior experience and qualifications, with a pay range of $33.00-$34.62/hour.
