What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Coordinate and manage vendor users on proprietary localization tools and maintain approved vendor resource databases
  2. Execute core operations by reviewing vendor onboarding requests, performing validations, and data entry
  3. Maintain the global Supplier Master System, ensuring accuracy of tax, contact, banking, and payment details
  4. Interact with suppliers and employees to address changes or verifications needed for supplier records
  5. Support cross-functional teams by answering questions and providing updates on case-related issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, or Audit
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  4. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Experience with database management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Prior work experience at a larger company familiar with Vendor/Supplier management
  2. Experience with a global Supplier Master System
  3. Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer, Know Your Supplier) processes
  4. Familiarity with bank account and tax validation procedures
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
