About the Company

CAM Property Services is a fast-growing company that provides a suite of commercial property maintenance and repair services to landlords and property managers. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Director to lead and drive the success of our San Diego territory.

About the Role

The Branch Director is a key leadership role responsible for the profitability, growth, and operational success of the branch, including managing all service lines, asset types we service, and personnel. The Branch Director will serve as the "face of the branch," playing a crucial role in business development, client relationships, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring operational excellence and profitability across all service lines and asset types.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee P&L, ensuring the branch meets or exceeds financial targets. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve margins.
• Business Development and Account Management: Lead sales efforts to drive new business opportunities, while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture. Ensure personnel management, training, and development are prioritized.
• Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the branch's presence in the San Diego market, enhancing brand recognition and attracting new clients.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch operations with company goals and vision. Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for the branch's success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, or Operations Manager, with a strong focus on P&L management and 'moving the needle'
• Solid experience in sales, operations, and team management, ideally in property services or a related industry
• Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow business and improve performance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and intrapreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive change and innovation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay range and compensation package

• Base salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually (DOE)
• Commission-based incentives for new sales
• Performance-driven bonuses for branch growth and profitability
