Summary
The Director of Benefits & Compensation reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive strategy and management of an organization's compensation, benefits, and overall employee rewards programs. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of 401(k) and other retirement plans, group health insurance, life and other voluntary insurance, short- and long-term disability, and flexible spending plans. Their primary focus is to ensure that the total rewards offerings attract, retain, and motivate employees while aligning with the organization's goals and values.
