The Director of Investments is a senior level position on a Financial Advisor / Private Wealth Advisor team. This industry professional plays a critical role in helping clients achieve their investment goals by developing, maintaining, and overseeing the strategic investment policy and program for all client assets managed by the team. The Director of Investments is responsible for the development of asset allocation models and the oversight of the team's reporting and performance metrics. This professional must have strong organizational, analytical and communication skills to effectively discuss investment strategies with the Financial Advisor / Private Wealth Advisor team and their clients.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $50k and $105k per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
