As the Marketing Director, you will drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, oversee branding initiatives, and ensure the production of impactful marketing materials that reflect our commitment to excellence in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to align with team goals and priorities.
• Manage and allocate a six to seven-figure marketing budget effectively.
• Direct and execute a robust social media strategy across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
• Design and oversee the production of compelling print and digital marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in branding across all platforms.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain the company website.
• Produce and distribute a weekly email newsletter, ensuring list accuracy and audience engagement.
• Monitor and enhance the team's online reputation and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize digital profiles, including third-party search portals, agent directories, and online profiles.
• Plan and promote open houses to maximize visibility and attendance.
• Coordinate and execute team events, from concept to completion.
• Identify and facilitate PR opportunities, such as podcasts, panels, and media features.
• Maintain and manage third-party marketing tools to support marketing initiatives.
• Source and oversee third-party vendors to execute specialized marketing tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the residential real estate industry , with a strong preference for experience with luxury brands.
• Proven ability to manage a six to seven-figure marketing budget.
• Expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization (SEO).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in project management, design, CRM and communication software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members and external resources.
