Job Description:
• 5+ years' experience as administrative assistant experience
• Manages and maintains site support services: break room supplies, office supplies, mail,
• Onboards new hires and temp hire with site level training and document processing.
• Facilitates and/or coordinates meetings and events as instructed.
• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, onboard new hires, create PR/POs.
• Additional tasks could include shipping/receiving, manufacturing assembly operator.
• Multi-task and utilize time management effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal departments, parent company and external third parties in various manners.
• Exercise a high level of discretion in all tasks, particularly in managing cross-departmental communications and projects.
Who we are looking for
• High School Diploma.
• Prior experience in office administration.
• Standard office administration practices and procedures.
Your preferred qualifications
• Using computers and computer systems, email, enter data, or process information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with purchase orders, Concur, SAP/JDE a plus.
