As a Software Program Manager, you will be responsible for the project performance and delivery of embedded, safety critical, flight software work packages on the Archer Midnight aircraft. You will be responsible for close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including Software, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Test. Archer software teams are responsible for full lifecycle development of software including design, code, and test. In this role, you will be responsible for program management of one or more software teams which include flight controls, battery management system, or electric engine controls.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $180,000 - $225,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
