Position Title: Program Coordinator
Program: Master's in Clinical Psychology (MACP)
Classification: Staff, Full-Time
Reports to: Senior Administrative Director & Program Chair
Location: Remote, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations
Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The typical hiring range for this position is: $24.50 per hour.
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator serves as the primary communicative hub between the Program Chair, Program Faculty, Senior Administrative Director, Senior Program Coordinator, current and prospective students, and University departments (such as Financial Aid, Admissions, Student Services and Registrar) and supports academic operations of the MACP program. Along with the MACP team, the Program Coordinator is part of the public face of the program, working closely with prospective students, adjunct faculty, current students, program alumni, and members of the Santa Barbara professional community.

Hours of Employment
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
