Position Overview:
Serves as the resource for Digital workflows across the Sutter Health Application suite. Provides support to all Sutter clinical employees in the use of eHR and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments. This position will train on and support the Wave Help Desk initially.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Enhances professional competency by obtaining proficiency in Epic and other supported applications within 6 months.

Pay Range:
$36.59 to $54.89 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
