This encompasses writing product briefs and analyzing business metrics, researching marketplace trends, being the architect of merchandising plans, and collaborating with Design and Development partners to create the future vision of UGG footwear. In partnership with leadership, the Dir. of Product will drive the seasonal and long-range Product Strategy, ensuring that W Classic Boots and Slippers are properly strategized and supported against. This role will work cross-functionally and collaboratively within creation, alongside Design and Development.The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of footwear across various product types. This candidate has a keen understanding of the Industry, Marketplace, and Trends at a Global Level with an eye for street fashion, high fashion, outdoors, and culture. This leader is deeply connected and savvy in consumer connectivity, understanding, filtering, and using experience and instinct to lead the product managers to craft inspiring seasonal narratives that articulate a vision, ignite design and empower development to problem solve and seek answers.We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
