At Micron, our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team is pivotal in defining strategies that drive our market and manufacturing operations. We are dedicated to ensuring that our processes are precise, efficient, and world-class, supporting Micron's ambitious goals and vision.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a Sr. Director for Sales and Operations Planning to become part of our vibrant team in San Jose, CA. This position is critical for establishing the direction for our S&OP team, process improvements, and strategies, ensuring the successful implementation of high-quality manufacturing, inventory, and shipment plans. You will play a key role in influencing decisions, collaborating with various teams at all levels including BU and Factory General Managers, Corporate Strategists, Financial Controls, and the Head of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Business Officer, and representing Supply Chain and Global Ops during our annual planning process.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $190,000.00 - $358,500.00.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
