The Opportunity

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and executive leadership to define and execute data-driven research and analytics strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Translate complex performance and sales metrics into tangible business outcomes, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Proactively investigate and communicate emerging market trends, identifying root causes of performance fluctuations and recommending strategic follow-up actions.
  • Leverage advanced spatial analytics techniques and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to create interactive maps and visualizations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies to identify high-potential leads and contract opportunities.
  • Provide critical data analysis and insights to support the development of compelling business proposals, marketing content, and presentations.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from executive leadership for in-depth data analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Propose and implement cutting-edge market research methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough market research analysis and monitor industry news.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Perform advanced data analysis, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Partner strategically with the Senior Manager of Growth Technology and other organizational leaders.
  • Lead data quality initiatives through meticulous data capture and data integrity efforts.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for support staff on CRM processes.
  • Identify, prioritize, and delegate automation and data analytics needs.
  • Develop and maintain interactive, dynamic models to measure and monitor key business operations.
  • Architect, design, develop and test complex business intelligence solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations for improving processes related to reporting systems.
  • Responsible for conducting annual performance reviews and coaching team members.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration OR related field and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with BI solutions required.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM technology required.
  • Strong Excel skillset to work with medium to large datasets required.
  • Experience in low-code Digital and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools required.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing, research and analysis, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead project teams and work collaboratively.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and flexible individual able to perform multiple tasks.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $95,590-121,875. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program.
