Are you a Solar Foreman or Superintendent with vast Electrical acumen, looking to step into a leading role, where you'll become a key player in coordinating on-site Solar construction projects?

This global company is growing to become the no.1 Energy Solutions provider in North America. They are looking for a Solar Superintendent to further their growth in California.

You will work closely with the Client, Subcontractors, and Project Managers to lead site operations on commercial solar projects.

This opportunity would suit a seasoned Foreman or Superintendent looking to take charge in leading on-site projects, and progression within an expanding business.

The Role:

• Overseeing crews and solar installations while liaising internally & with clients
• Industry leading training & progression opportunities into management
• 10% annual bonus & competitive co-managed PTO

The Candidate:

• Experienced in overseeing solar construction projects on a commercial scale
• Electrical expertise, Journeyman license highly desirable!
• Experienced in supervising crews
• Travel flexibility across California
