• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.
• Develop and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) as necessary.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and prepare detailed scope outlines.
• Coordinate site visits and meetings with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants.
• Maintain clear and professional communication through emails and reports.Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably in the Santa Barbara area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
