West Coast Gates, Inc. is a Gate Entry System business in Santa Barbara, CA. We are a small business and we are very supportive of our employees. Our goal is to employ those who take initiative, who are independent thinkers, problem solvers, and resourceful. We have installed and serviced thousands of gates in the Santa Barbara area.
We provide custom solutions for security gate and entry systems. West Coast Gates provides an array of gate repair and installation services to its clients in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Goleta, Carpinteria, Summerland, Santa Ynez, and Buellton.
- Manage gate entry systems projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and homeowners to resolve any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the Owner
- Manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Experience in estimating costs and preparing bids
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing gate entry systems projects from start to finish. Your ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality control will contribute to successfully completing projects.
