About the job: The Desktop Image Support Specialist is a supportive role that performs routine imaging tasks to prepare workstations for deployment to client locations. This role works out of the Santa Barbara, CA office. Note, this is not a telecommute/work from home position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Possess excellent customer service skills

+ Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

+ Able to document and demonstrate processes

+ Able to work independently and meet MAC deadlines

+ Learn how to image workstations and laptops to client specifications

+ Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

+ Some background working with computer systems in an IT support environment

+ Experience in a customer service environment

+ Work well individually and in a team environment

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Highly motivated and willing to learn

+ Customer-oriented and friendly attitude

+ Must have a California drivers license and clean driving record
